The Lost mugshot has arrived.
Two months after he was arrested for drunk driving, Matthew Fox posed for his mugshot.
According to TMZ, the camera was broken in the Deschutes County Jail in Bend, Ore. when the former Lost actor was arrested on May 4. Fox was ordered to return to the same locationon Friday to take the photo.
In the snapshot, a wide-eyed and somber Fox, wearing a black shirt and necklace, stares at the camera.
On May 4 the 45-year-old actor was arrested in Bend, Ore. — where he lives with his wife of 10 years, Margherita Ronchi, and their two children, daughter Kyle and son Byron — while driving early in the morning to a fast food restaurant.
Fox pled no contest to one count of DUI and is required to complete a drug and alcohol treatment program. He also isn't allowed to drink for a year.
If the Alex Cross star completes his diversion program, then his case will be dismissed.
