The gushy Gomez! Selena Gomez opened up to Radio Disney's The Alli Simpson Show about her rumored boyfriend Zedd, gushing about what she likes most about him.
Gomez, 22, recalled the story from when she first met her "I Want You To Know" collaborator, 25. "We were recording using the same building and he needed to use my bathroom. We ended up talking, sharing music and it happened organically." The hitmaking DJ shared a similar story last month; only in his own words, they met: "All because I had to pee."
While Zedd and Gomez have remained mum on whether they're actually dating, the pop songstress didn't hold back from complimenting the Clarity hitmaker. "He’s great, and he cares so much about the meaning of his songs," she shared. "He’s this cute little German, and he’s got really beautiful eyes, and he’s very sweet and funny."
It turns out he has an incredible work ethic, too. "I respect his vision, because he has a way of knowing how important his role is as an EDM artist," the "Come and Get It" singer continued. "He doesn’t spend most of his time traveling the word DJing. He really spent so much time on this record. He wanted everything — from the lyrical content, to who sang it, and how they sang it. He’s great, and very talented."
Her latest rumored romance has been significantly more low-key compared to her high-profile off-and-on-again relationship with Bieber. Naturally, the Wizards of Waverley Place actress has been dealing with the aftermath of dating the world-famous pop superstar.
The "Heart Wants What It Wants" singer was not immune from being a hot topic during Bieber's Comedy Central Roast, which was taped last Sunday, Mar. 14. "Selena Gomez wanted to be here, but she’s dating men now," comedian Jeff Ross joked during the roast, which included Martha Stewart, Will Ferrell, Kevin Hart, and more. "Is it true you dumped her because she grew a mustache before you?"
Hart, meanwhile, was slightly more kind. "Selena Gomez couldn't be here tonight," the comic said. "Just because she didn't want to be here."
