Following the "Boyfriend" singer's January arrest in Miami for drag racing and a DUI, Rogen, 31, tweeted on Jan. 23, "All jokes aside, Justin Bieber is a piece of s—."

The tweet got plenty of backlash from the Grammy nominee's loyal following of Beliebers, and the Neighbors star was asked about it when he appeared on Andy Cohen's talk show in Austin, Texas for the SXSW Festival.

“In my opinion, Justin Bieber is a piece of s—," Rogen reiterated. "He seems like he’s obnoxious and ungrateful, insincere, and he puts people’s lives at danger and overall he acts like a piece of s—.”

And though the comic actor took a serious note when discussing the troubled 20-year-old, he kept the conversation light throughout his appearance with costar Dave Franco — the brother of Rogen's longtime friend James Franco — often referring to his love of pot, winning the show's game "Roll That Joint," and joking about the sexual orientation of his pal James.

"You have joked a lot about your friend, James Franco being gay.  What’s the gayest thing you have ever done?" Cohen asked the weed-loving star.

"Probably make out with James Franco," Rogen replied laughing.

And after starring (shirtless) with James in the parody video "Bound 3," Rogen recounted running into rapper Kanye West and his fiancee Kim Kardashian, who appeared in the original video.

“I’ve seen both Kim and Kanye since that video came out, actually," the actor revealed. "And they both think it’s really funny, thank God! I was worried because I’m a big Kanye West fan, like a huge Kanye West fan. I saw him in New York, And [he] pointed to my wife [Lauren Miller], like ‘how come she wasn’t on the motorcycle?’ But he was pleased and humored by the experience.”
