Shayne Lamas was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving in Venice, Calif., around 1 a.m. Saturday morning.

"Early Saturday morning, after consuming one drink, I willingly drove through a mandatory check point on my way home with complete confidence of passing," Lamas, 24, tells E! News. "However, the breathalyzer indicated that I was over the legal limit of blood alcohol content and was arrested onsite. I take full responsibility for my lack of judgment. I have always strived to be a role model for my friends, family and fans and have never nor will ever condone drinking and driving. I apologize for all those I have disappointed, including myself."

Who knows how big the drink was or if she drank more, however she is little, like 5' or 5'1" so maybe whatever she drank was too much for her frame. Still an incredibly stupid and dangerous thing to do, drinking and driving puts everyone's lives at risk and if anything, hopefully she learned her lesson. I hate those people who come out saying they're sorry and they're disappointed in themselves, who end up drinking and driving yet again. If she's truly sorry then good because she definitely better not do it again.

I am so sorry to hear that former WWE Ring Announcer, Lilian Garcia, was assaulted by a fan after The 2009 World Series, when the punk-kid tried to steal her phone, and that she suffered a scraped elbow, I wish her a speedy recovery from that, but I'm just glad she's ok, etc.

Obviously shes not a attention who*e, most people havent even heard of her. She became popular because she was on The Bachelor when Matt Grant was the Bachelor...she was chosen as the final one, they were engaged for a few months then it didnt work out. The fact that she admits she was wrong and doesnt hide anythng shows a lot of character compared to most these days. I hate that "famous people" get talked down upon etc. Nobody is perfect and everybody makes mistakes... even all of us! ( although some "famous people" are a little out of line, i wont name names.)
