Demi Lovato is taking things one day at a time.
After being released from her treatment center, Lovato, 18, was spotted out in Santa Monica on Friday.
"She left with full sign-off from the facility," a source close to Lovato tells UsMagazine.com, adding that she came back earlier in the week. "She will continue to see doctors in LA who will help her work on the issues she confronted in treatment."
In late November, the 18-year-old Camp Rock 2 star dropped out of her tour with the Jonas Brothers (months after splitting with Joe Jonas) and checked into a facility "for emotional and physical issues."
With a renewed focus on her well-being, Lovato will also depend on her inner circle. "For now, she is getting back to her regular routine and spending time with her family and close friends," the source tells Us.
Another source of comfort for Lovato: her dedicated fan base. "She is so grateful to all of her fans for their unbelievable support and looks forward to being able to talk to all of them very soon."
