Award show tradition? Susan Sarandon played "Plead the Fifth" on Watch What Happens Live Wednesday, Dec. 11, and surprised host Andy Cohen with her answer to a question about her pot-smoking habits.

"Name one major Hollywood event that you showed up to stoned," Cohen told the 67-year-old veteran actress.

"Only one?" Sarandon asked before bursting into a knee-slapping laugh. "I would say almost all except the Oscars."

In her 41-year career, the actress has received five Emmy, seven Golden Globes and five Oscar nominations (including one win in 1995 for Dead Man Walking). She has been an outspoken proponent for the legalization of marijuana, and told HuffPost Live back in April, "I would like to see everybody be able to smoke pot."

On behalf of a viewer, Cohen also asked Sarandon if she would ever pose nude for Playboy.

"They haven't asked me in about five years. They used to ask me on a regular basis," she revealed. "I wanted to do it pregnant but they weren't game. That was before everyone else started doing it pregnant. But I have sons now [so] I can't really [do it.] When Lincoln Center did a thing and they showed a lot of my [old clips], my sons said, 'Didn't it ever occur to you that you would have children?' Then I asked my youngest, 'Are you okay?' And he said, 'Yeah, but scarred, Mom.'" (Sarandon is mom to daughter Eva, 28, with ex Franco Amurri, and sons Jack, 24, and Miles, 21, with ex Tim Robbins.)

"So at this point, I can't really say I didn't know where they stood," Sarandon joked. "So it's not worth it and I'm really not that interested."
