Teresa Giudice “Will Probably Get House Arrest” in Fraud Case

Teresa Giudice is back on the market…for a new house. Earlier this month, The Real Housewives of New Jersey star, 42, listed her $4 million mansion in Towaco, N.J. Now she needs a new pad — and fast. Sources tell the Sept. 22 issue of Us Weekly that the mom of four may be confined to her home (wherever it is) after her sentencing next month.

“She will probably get house arrest,” one source tells Us of the reality star, who pleaded guilty to four counts of fraud in March and now faces up to 27 months in jail. (Husband Joe Giudice pleaded guilty to five counts and faces up to 46 months behind bars.)

“We’re hoping Teresa does not go to jail,” Joe’s attorney Miles Feinstein previously told Us. “The great likelihood is that Joe will get some jail time…It’s just a matter of how long.”

Celeb attorney Vikki Ziegler — host of Bravo’s Untying the Knot — says Teresa may be able to continue working on RHONJ while under house arrest, but likely not to the extent she used to. “Long hours shooting outside the home would not fly,” Ziegler tells Us.
