Exclusive: The Real Reason Why Ali Fedotowsky Delayed Her Wedding

Don't expect a save-the-date anytime soon!
A source tells Us Weekly that Ali Fedotowsky does not regret recently delaying her wedding to Roberto Martinez. (The couple have been engaged since May 2010.)

One reason: She needs to log some gym time first. "Since her knee surgery in July, she has not been able to work out," says the the insider. "She would like to be back in shape for the big day."
(Indeed, she told Us on August 2, "I don't want to limp down the aisle!)

And though Fedotwosky, 26, could even need a second operation, she has other reasons for postponing her nuptials. The source says ABC -- which will film the affair - offered up a December date for the duo, but she "doesn't want her overshadowed by [recent Bachelorette couple] Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum. She really wants her wedding next summer."

Not that there's any rush. As Fedotowsky tells Us, "I want to be married now. But in my mind, we are already married."

fortune maybe because they called off the wedding and probably because ali found out that robert is probably cheating on her or she cheated on him. either way its an excuse and its NOT good.
Why do we have to expect them to get married. Date as long as you want and then maybe there won't be a divorce.

Having been on crutches myself last year, I understand her concern about getting back to the gym. But this is also sounding like one more excuse for postponing the wedding. What's REALLY going on here?
