Today Show Halloween Costumes 2015: See Matt Lauer, Al Roker, and Hosts as Peanuts Characters!

Good grief! The Today show plaza turned into a comic strip on Friday, Oct. 30, when the co-hosts showed off their matching Halloween costumes. This year’s theme: Peanuts

The big reveal started off with Willie Geist playing the piano as Schroeder before moving to a classroom where Peppermint Patty (Tamron Hall) and Marcie (Natalie Morales) were arguing.

Then Linus (Carson Daly sporting a bizarre headpiece) and Sally (Savannah Guthrie) hit the dance floor. But the best reveal happened when Al Roker came out as Charlie Brown and Matt Lauer as his often disagreeable pal, Lucy.

Wine-loving besties Hoda Kotb and Kathie Lee Gifford were completely unrecognizable as Snoopy the dog and his bird friend Woodstock, and Today show alum Meredith Vieira returned to play a comical Pigpen.

The elaborate looks followed last year’s Saturday Night Live-themed costumes, and certainly didn’t disappoint.
