This will make you smile! Tracy Morgan, who is still suffering from the after effects of his horrific car crash in June 2014, celebrated his daughter Maven's second birthday on Thursday, July 2, with a trip to Disney World, Florida.

Kicking off the July 4 holiday weekend in style, Morgan, who was left in a critical condition when the vehicle he was traveling in was hit by a Walmart truck on the New Jersey Turnpike last year, was in great spirits as he jumped aboard the Dumbo ride with fiance Megan Wollover and his adorable daughter to celebrate all that's good in their lives.

Little Maven looked totally cute in pink shades and Minnie Mouse ears (which matched her mom's!). But it was Morgan's enormous smile as he flew high in the air aboard a flying elephant that brought an equally big smile to our faces.

Morgan has been gradually returning to public life as his recovery from the fatal crash last summer progresses. The 30 Rock star gave his first TV interview since the accident to the Today show last month, when his emotional state revealed how devastating the accident had been on all levels.

"I can't believe I'm here. I can't believe I'm in front of you," Morgan told Matt Lauer, with tears in his eyes. "Just seeing the tragedy that happened, it touches me."

Morgan's physical recovery continues, but it's the mental scars that also remain — and the reality that he lost his friend Jimmy Mack in the crash is something he's still coming to terms with.

"Bones heal. But the loss of my friend will never heal," an emotional Morgan added.

But while the comedian still suffers dark times, the sight of his smiling face while at Disney World with his family, is happy evidence that things are slowly getting better for Morgan — something he vowed would happen when he spoke to Lauer.

"Right now, my goal is just to heal and get better. 'Cause I'm not 100 percent yet. I'm not," he said. "And when I'm there, you'll know it. I'll get back to making you laugh, I promise you."
