Tyler Perry made a two-hour visit to Bobbi Kristina Brown‘s bedside on Sunday, June 28, visiting the Peachtree Christian Hospice near Atlanta, Georgia, where the late Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown‘s only daughter was moved on Wednesday, June 24.
In pictures revealed at MailOnline, actor/mogul Perry, a longtime friend of the Brown family, drove up to the door of the hospice in his blue Rolls-Royce and looked somber and thoughtful as he walked into the building, dressed all in black, apart from a white cap which was pulled down low over his eyes.
Bobbi Kristina’s move to a hospice came nearly five months after she was first hospitalized on Jan. 31, after being found facedown and unresponsive in a bath tub at her home, also near Atlanta.
“Despite the great medical care at numerous facilities, Bobbi Kristina Brown’s condition has continued to deteriorate,” Whitney’s sister-in-law Pat Houston said of her 22-year-old niece in a statement last week. “As of today, she has been moved into hospice care. We thank everyone for their support and prayers. She is in God’s hands now.”
Perry, 45, has remained in contact with the Brown and Houston families in the months following the Jan. 31 incident that left the 22-year-old incapacitated, having long been close with the family, especially the late Whitney Houston.
The Gone Girl star even flew a distraught Bobby Brown to the hospital in his private jet in the hours that followed the news of his daughter’s tragic situation.
“Tyler was absolutely shocked by the news,” the source told Us Weekly at the time. “He heard the news and immediately offered Bobby Brown a flight in his private jet, which is why they arrived at the hospital together.”
