Tyra Banks Ending Talk Show

Here's something to talk about: Tyra Banks is saying farewell to her talk show.
The former model, 36, announced Monday that the syndicated The Tyra Show will end after its fifth season next spring.

"I've been loving having fun, coming into your living rooms, bedrooms, hair salons for the past five years," she said in a statement on her Web site, according to the Associated Press.

She said she plans to remain on board with the reality show, America's Next Top Model, and later form a new production studio to make movies.

She also promised new digital projects, but wouldn't give details.
In a statement on her Web site, Banks also paid tribute to talk-show queen Oprah Winfrey, who's ending her talk show in 2011.

46ABOUT TIME! her "RACE" shows were ridiculous and annoying! she would have those "GUESS MY RACE" type of shows with OBVIOUS mixed black girls that were like "Im not mixed im african american" well no sh** many AA's are mixed therefore you have white in you. She tried to school us as if we were ignorant, I stopped watching her show after that.

Go work bloggers, maybe we can clean up television. I realize Tyra had to fight her way in the cruel world, but when she arrived she became the biggest Madame pimp. When one model would not take off all of her clothes because she was married, that Madame pimp and her crew got rid of that lady so fast. I hope the Madame will now work on humanitarian endeavors
I heard she turned into a real egomaniac and kept her studio audience waiting for an hour in some cases. She really did think she was all that and she thinks we're all jealous and that's why we're trashing her. It seems pretty clear to me that she isn't well liked and her show is coming to an end because of low ratings. I also liked her a lot more BEFORE her talk show and the weird stuff she'd do -- humiliated her guests and the audience. Does anyone remember the show where she had all the women wearing t-shirts that had the wildest place they had sex written on it? And then Tyra showed hers and it said something totally tame -- made the studio audience all look like ho's and losers. She did that with making them wear shirts with their weight too... what a loser... she'll have to get her rocks off by telling her model contestants that they didn't make the cut or telling them about all their flaws like she is perfect. She needs to come back to earth.
Glad she is leaving. Only watched her show a short time as I was tired of her reflecting about herself.

Its about time. So is so consumed with herself, she should keep to herself. Who gave her a talk show anyways? You will not be missed, but then, I could only stomach one show...
