Uma Thurman is officially without one major accessory this spring—her engagement ring. The Kill Bill actress stepped out in New York City on Tuesday, April 22, sans her bling from former fiancé Arpad "Arki" Busson.

As Us Weekly confirmed earlier this week, Thurman, 43, and hedge-fund boss Busson, 51, called off their engagement for a second time earlier this month. The duo, who share daughter Rosalind Arusha Arkadina Altalune Florence Thurman-Busson, 21 months, were due to attend the Room to Grow Spring Gala together on April 8, but Thurman showed up solo and sans her ring.

The breakup marks the second time the Oscar nominee has returned the 8-carat rock. The actress first broke off her engagement to the multimillionaire investor back in 2009, only to accept a second proposal in 2011. A year later they welcomed their daughter, called Luna for short, into the world.

Wearing a long black jacket, with a cream sweater and light denim jeans, Thurman made her way in to an office building in NYC looking carefree and weighing 8-carats less.
