Unemployed Kate Gosselin Clips Coupons to Save Money

Times are tough now that Kate Gosselin is no longer a TLC reality star.
To make things a little easier, the 36-year-old single mom is clipping coupons to save some extra dough. "No matter how much money you have, it's just smart to use coupons," she tells E! News. "It's like free money in your pocket."

Gosselin will blog about her coupon savings for CouponCabin.com starting November 22. "One week, I remember saving more than half my grocery bill that week with coupons," she recalls. "I was beyond thrilled."

In mid-October, the mother of eight began tweeting about her big savings, telling her followers: "I've never shopped at Bed, Bath and Beyond WITHOUT coupons! I've returned with my receipt and a coupon many times, even when 'not broke.'"

During the final episode of Kate Plus 8, Gosselin -- who finalized her divorce from Jon in 2009 -- worried about providing for her family.
"I hope I have a job!" she sighed. "I don't know what's next."

She has a Nursing Defree (R.N.) they are in demand, get a job ! She has turned down jobs. Kate, you are cute, But you & George Lopez have one thing in common.... How is it that she didn't save enough during her stint on her TV show that she can't live comfortably on her savings? She got paid a lot. I guess living high on the hog without knowing how long the gravy train is going to last isn't too smart.
She wouldn't need to worry about having a job if she hadn't spent all her money on herself. Even with my name, I know you don't GET a "fortune" by spending all your money on mani/pedis and spray tans.

Welcome to the real world Kate!!! LOL...Maybe try not doing your hair and nails and tanning so much....that might help save a few bucks...ok..really who are we kidding.....that would save you ALOT of money...cause face it....you require ALOT of work!!! Get a job dummy!!!
Perhaps a real job. Try Home Depot or Wal-Mart. Both are respectable jobs!!! Being a reality star is not a job, it is living your life while millions of people watching. Try actually working for a living and see how that goes!!!

@Dawn-I was just thinking the very same thing. She's no longer getting paid by TLC, so I wonder how she's making her house payment for her $1.1 million dollar home?
Can she go back to normal job as she used to be nurse. She do not need to be celebrity. Think of kids' future.
