The 48-year-old Harrelson - who has long advocated for reforming marijuana laws - is up for Best Supporting Actor for The Messenger.
On Friday, he won the supporting-actor prize at the Spirit Awards.

Also, though marijuana should be legalized to the level of alcohol, this is not part of that cause.
Hemp has long been a common fabric used to make clothing. Considering he's also a vegan this only makes more sense.
That rocks...and the fact that its burberry...isnt that like a really expensive and "persnikity" ish brand...what does that tell the public...:D Legalization may be closer than we think!!!

@okay... can you explain to me why smoking marijuana is illegal? How is getting intoxicated off of a plant is more criminal than getting intoxicated off of alcohol?

See his movie "Go Further" it is awesome he discusses his marijuana use, and advocates a more holistic lifestyle. There was a point in the film where he says he is no longer smoking, not sure if that is still the case.

Big deal... George Washington utilized hemp for all sorts of things. It's when a person utilizes hemp in an illegal way (ie: SMOKING) that it becomes a problem. Using hemp in an efficient way is not an issue.

Hemp has been used for years. While related hmp and street sold cannabis are not even comparable. The THC in hemp is close to non exsistant. Please he'd have to smoke the whole suit to get a buzz.
