This picture is not recent, he looks much older in the recent ones. As others have said, he is aging really fast but raising kids takes a toll on you, I guess. Oh yeah, in regards to humanitarian work, Aniston does some as well, but she as others is more private about it. Jolie has a lot of publicity since the UN needs a lot of publicity in order to recruit people and funds, the same goes for people such as Hayeck who is known for her work in the Latin community.
