The TLC star proudly displayed her tummy tuck -- a $5,000 to $8,000 procedure she received for free in 2007 -- in an orange suit. A fellow vacationer told Us that she completely ignored the children and threatened them if they splashed her in the pool. The child's reply: "Mommy, you are mean!"

I have 6 kids and if we were at the beach I would tell them to go play in the ocean and let mommy relax. It take enough effort to get them to a beach.....again give Kate a break!she loves her children and she IS A GOOD MOM!

Kate got a tummy tuck before Jon and Kate plus 8. It was the TLC follow up to the original show about her having the 6 babies. If you saw the special you would see why. She had 6 babies. She had a huge amount of loose skin that wouldnt have went away on it's own. I think that was what gave them the show to begin with.

The point here is not about jon or kate. This is about the kids. Whether he is doing it for money reasons or for the kids, i'm glad its being done. They should have never let the show go on after the 1st year. I just hope they saved a lot of that money up and kate didn't spend it all on herself. That way they will be able to survive! God bless all 8 of those kids, lord knows they need it!
Ya Jon is pissed that he's cut from the deal and is not getting a check anymore...kids weren't being hurt as long as he was getting a check, now that he's not getting paid they are in emotional trouble ...ha,ha...sounds more like Jons pissed he's not getting paid to me.
She was very fortunate to get a free tummy tuck. So many other women would love to be able to get one free. It's all about the money and fame for sure. These children need a normal life. She chose to have all these kids...let her fend for herself for a change and see what real life is about.

you know I bet that if she did not have the tuck done and who knows what other surg. no other man would have given her a chance. Jon loves her even spit what has happened or what she may have looked liked body wise but she always seemed to walk over him and he seemed to let her do so. He knows what mistakes have been made and I bet that if the show stopped and they got councilin they would work it out some how they should give it a try don't end thinks on a sour note without tryin to fix it first and still if not stay friends for the most part! Heck that home is way big enough that they all could live in seperate sections and not see each other most of the time .
