Thanks to a probation violation related to a 2007 DUI, the 24-year-old actress was recently sentenced to 90 days in jail, followed by 90 days in rehab (she previously served 84 minutes behind bars in 2006). Her jail stint was set to begin July 20.

On July 27, 2010 SCDan said of Lohan that she needs GOD. It matters NOT how many pple believe this but it is true. Her partying, fights, jail terms, etc would end IF and only WHEN she accepts the Almighty Lord to be her friend, but most of all to be her Lord and savior of her entangled life. If I were her, I would try it. After all what would I lose apart from many "friends" who make other pple go astray. There is nothing heroic about getting scratches from fights or acquiring AIDS from sleeping around. My advice to you Lindsay Logan is this: get to know God!! It's the way out, actually it's the ONLY way out. Be blessed. NB-I love you with the love of Christ
For every LL there are many-many former child actors who won't make the tabloids. Or maybe they will, for the parts they play in a movie. Or just for a relatively bad haicut, or because a journalist doesn't like their shoes...

Her mother said that her daughter was treated like a common criminal. That is exactly what she was. She committed a crime just like many others and should be treated like so many others.
