TO MURPHYRIVERS: What are you - about 12 yrs old? From all of your postings throughout, you seem to be so concerned about "older" people & their "imperfections". Get a little more mature, little girl, before you put your ignorance where it doesn't belong - in public.

The people I sat with during the game loved the WHO. The younger set didn't "get it" about this legendary band, but they don't understand the blandness of pre-packaged, unoriginal talent (ahem) that passes for good music today. Serious rock bands like the WHO, Rolling Stones, Beatles, etc. set precedents. In fact, the WHO was the first band to tour with a laser light show before it became the norm. We loved the halftime show, including my 10yr old who thought it was pretty cool that "old guys can rock". Standing ovations all around where we sat. Awesome.

I'll always love these guys, no matter a 12-min not-so-great set over a 45+-year career span. They're a major influence, whether the new slick yuppies in the audience know it or not.

I thought the Who did great although I think that if they knew they were going to be performing thier songs at this stage of thier lives they would have written the songs a lot slower back then.
