Beauty Trend Watch: Jazz Hands

Last night I saw the most incredible show -- turns out Deborah Lippmann, the celeb manicurist who tends to the talons of Kate Winslet and Mariah Carey (and countless other luminaries) moonlights as a chanteuse. Her smooth, sexy jazz standards thrilled the crowd, which included beauty royalty like hairstylists Serge Normant and Jimmy Paul and makeup pro Troy Surratt as well as her A-list client (and friend) Kate!
Needless to say, Kate has always been my "beauty ideal," and I almost keeled over when I saw her gorgeousness up close! Her favorite shade of nail polish is Deb’s Prelude to a Kiss, a chic sheer pinky nude. And now it’s mine, too!
