The chicest tailgater of them all!
Chrissy Teigen easily wins the title of best sporting event style at Super Bowl XLIX on Feb. 1, in Glendale, AZ (we still have love for you, Gisele!). The Sports Illustrated model, 29, wore a simple chambray top (Bella Dahl, $128) and light-washed denim cutoffs (One Teaspoon, $118) that showed off her lean legs with a pair of black booties to support her husband John Legend who sang “America the Beautiful” prior to kickoff at the DirecTV Super Fan Tailgate. To go along with her effortless outfit, Teigen, who’s a Seattle Seahawks fan, rocked a bouncy ponytail and carried a mini crossbody bag.
Teigen changed into a Seahawks jersey and busted out a rendition of the Elaine Dance from Seinfeld in the middle of the stands.
The day before on Saturday, Jan. 31, Teigen took to the red carpet at the 2015 NFL Honors looking regal in a sheer embroidered top with an ivory maxi skirt by Temperley London.
She even wore the glam ensemble to grab a late-night meal at the Waffle House with Legend, Kanye West, and Kim Kardashian. “Every house should be a waffle house,” she captioned a photo of the group on Instagram.
Unfortunately Teigen only won in the style department, as her beloved Seattle Seahawks were taken down by the New England Patriots in a 28 to 24 victory. The model posted a quick tweet after the surprising lost. “wtf.”
