Looking hot! Christina Aguilera showed off her amazing post-baby body on Sunday, Nov. 9, wearing a plunging bright red gown as she attended the Breakthrough Prize Awards at Hangar One, a former NASA airship shelter, in Mountain View, California.
The "Dirrty" singer gave birth to her second child, daughter Summer Rain, just under three months ago, on Saturday, Aug. 16. The Voice coach has evidently been working hard to shed her excess baby weight, and the happy new mom seemed delighted to show off her impressive results as she smoldered on the red carpet.
Stepping out with fiance Matthew Rutler, the mom-of-two wowed in her bold, figure hugging, full length gown. Wearing her platinum blonde hair in curls, the singer matched her lips to her bright red dress and sizzled for photographers as she showed off her fabulous body and batted her long fake eyelashes.
Aguilera, who has been working on new material in the studio recently, took to the stage for a rousing rendition of her 2002 hit "Beautiful" during the show, which honors pioneers in math and science, and was attended by a host of stars including Kate Beckinsale and Cameron Diaz.
Sources close to the star tell Us Weekly that Aguilera's fantastic figure is the result of hard work and dedication these past few months.
"Christina has hired a trainer and is really dedicated to getting thin again," one source told Us. "She lost 46 pounds from changing her diet and working with a personal chef," adds another.
