Awkward!
Emily Ratajkowski and her fellow Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Sara Sampaio toasted the 2015 issue on Wednesday, Feb. 11, in Nashville, and it looked like the brown-haired beauties were bracing for a classic fashion showdown.
The models showed up on the red carpet wearing the same bright orange Cushnie et Ochs cutout dress. The only distinguishing factor were the shoes: Sampaio, 23, wore black and gold T-strap sandals, while Ratajkowski, also 23, kept it simple with nude strappy heels.
So what happened? Turns out the identical ensembles were planned all along. "Me and @emrata decided to be each other's date last night and rock that dress together in the red carpet for the launch of @si_swimsuit in Nashville! #greatmindsthinkalike #orangeisthenewblack" Sampaio captioned the photo.
The Gone Girl actress echoed her pal's sentiments. "Twinning with my hot date last night @sarasampaio," she captioned the picture.
