Heidi Klum Reveals Why She Chopped Her Hair

Why did Heidi Klum chop her long, blonde locks into a layered rocker 'do?
"I got bored," the Project Runway host, 36, explained on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno Tuesday night, "as we all do every once in a while as girls, so I chopped it off!"

Klum says she loves to change up her style.
"I grow it, I cut it," she said. "Some people never change their hair and it works for them. For me, I get bored."

Her husband, Seal, picked up on the new look. "Of course he notices. It would be terrible if he didn't," she told Leno.
The mother of four (Leni, 5; Henry, 4; and Johan, 3; and Lou, 6 months) also opened up about her diet: "No carbs, a lot of vegetables and salad."

I mean, I honestly think she could have given herself a better cut than this! (Or had Seal do it better!) I mean, at least he's not gonna make her look bad on purpose! Whereas, who knows if the person who cut her hair did this to her on purpose or not! But I will say this...it's awful strange how anytime anyone I know with long hair goes to a beauty shop, the stylist always says they should cut it off and go short! (Can't tell ya how many times it's happened to me!) Yet, we get compliments on our long hair all the time (from women and men). Plus, long hair is much more feminine. Also, if you read the other comments here, about the only ppl who like her short new do are ppl who have short hair themselves. Anyway, I definately agree that it looks like "Mom-hair". While it might be easier to take care of with 4 young kids around, it sure doesnt look nearly as pretty as her longer hair! JMHO!
This isn't rocker hair. She needs to grow out the bangs, take them to the side, and loosen up the whole style. It is way too structured and way too matronly.
That is not a "rocker do" by far but she does have a very unattractive face and that cut highlights all the flaws. I usually see how models became models- never have understood how she did as she is beyond plain and actually unattractive IMO. She has a VERY wide face and MJ's nose and no upper lip.

If Cindy Crawford let cut her hair like Heidi? Cindy looks like all women too she too looks much older, Heidi maby have midlifecrisis. not "maby " but, i am sure.

She always reminds me of a derranged Nazi when she comes out to say, "Hello" to the designers on Project Runway. It reminds me of a horror movie, when this derranged woman comes in, says, "Hello" and then leads the unsuspecting people to a gruesome death.
Elsa Caceras, the celebrities will never part with more than MAYBE 5 thousand dollars to the poor. They talk the talk, but when it comes to actually giving a lot, they don't. They tell US, the ones who don't make in our lifetime what they make doing one movie or an episode on a tv show,to give ALL of our money. Where's Obama's spreading the wealth at? You'd think with all the stuff he keeps trying to push through Congress and make law, taking the wealth from the rich and giving it to the rest of us would be a priority, too.

I don't like the hair but shes a beauty.Shes in the business because shes a model.I agree about her outfits on Project Runway,she always wears those plastic chain necklaces and I hate them.And yes obviously shes gained weight because she barely just had a baby.But anywho shes beautiful and everyone makes mistakes once in awhile. Oh an she never claimed to be a singer.She was singing with her husband because it was sentimental so shutup!
That's not Rocker chic, it's Soccor mom chic - a bad haircut that just aged her 10 years. There's nothing wrong with looking younger than you actually are, especially if you don't feel your age.

I've never found Heidi Klum particularly attractive, and now she's even less appealing with that dreadful haircut. It makes her look like a tranny. I wonder if the Seal likes it?

Not the best hairdo for her. She's just not a bangs person. But even at her worst, she's more beautiful than most.
First, she is GORGEOUS, no matter what (and you H8rs need to get a life and stop mentioning how ostensibly "old" or "whatever" she looks. I so wish that anyone posting a negative comment had to submit their own, (f)ugly mug shot, authenticated. that would put a quick stop to this poops so many jealous-ones-still-envy post. Second, her longer hair was better for her all around. A beyond gorgeous woman like Heidi should also show of that A$$et, and her hair, namely, loooong and gorgeous should never have been cut; it's so sexy and no woman with short hair looks sexy. You old/er ladies talking about how "liberatin' " it supposedly is to get a dyke look....well, you know what you look like!
