Thank goodness for Dior!
We missed Jennifer Lawrence on the red carpet at the 2015 Oscars on Sunday, Feb. 22, but thanks to Dior, we didn’t have to wait too long to have her pretty face back in our lives!
On Monday, Feb. 23, the French fashion house released its spring/summer 2015 campaign images, starring none other than Lawrence, 24, in the brand’s most minimalist (and, dare we say, most J.Law) designs.
In one set of photos shot by Paolo Roversi, the Hunger Games actress, who’s modeled for Dior since 2013, gives good face while working a sleek, sleeveless, polka-dotted dress, paired with the lemon-hued, top-handle “Be Dior” purse, structured pumps, and a loose, romantic updo.
In a third shot, Lawrence dons a jewel-topped white shirt paired with a black mini, slightly scalloped at the hem—a more-than-likely ensemble for the Oscar-winning actress’ street style wardrobe.
Explaining why Lawrence is the perfect Dior model, creative director Raf Simons once said, “Her youth and her classic beauty, but also the feminine strength and complexity that she can portray at such a young age are for me very unique and very appealing.”
