Everything's coming together!

With just four days to go until the royal wedding, Kate Middleton's bridal dress prep is all wrapped up.

"Kate will have no more fittings," a senior palace source tells Us Weekly of Middleton's top-secret wedding gown. "The next time the dress goes on is Friday morning!"

Just who designed that historic dress remains the most closely guarded secret in all of England. Last Thursday, British fashion designer Sophie Cranston (of the label Libelula) insisted to Us it's "not true" that she whipped up the frock herself. (Middleton loves Cranston's label, and recently wore a Libelula coat.)

Remaining contenders include Sarah Burton, the elegant, whimsical creative director of Alexander McQueen, the late Princess Diana's favorite Bruce Oldfield and boho-chic designer Alice Temperley, among others.

The UK's Daily Mail even claimed that Middleton, 29, designed the dress herself!

Fortune, it's preferred by most tailors to do the final fitting in the days before the wedding. I can't tell you how many brides-to-be on their diets/workout routines have changed sizes between initial fitting and last fitting. Nothing is worse than a frantic bride calling from the church crying because her dress doesn't fit anymore. Emergency tailor jobs aren't fun for anyone and it sucks having a bride and mother-of-bride wringing their fingers and looming over your workspace when you have mere MINUTES to do adequately what SHOULD take several hours to do properly. I do NOT miss those days at all!

I don't care about it. I'm sick of hearing every little detail about it and them. I won't be watching.

I don't understand why anyone cares about this wedding. Just another media tool of mass distraction. I guess it's great for selling plates and dishes.
