Miley, is that you?

At the World Music Awards on May 27 in Monte Carlo, Miley Cyrus looked unrecognizable in clothing that actually covered up her normally scantily-clad body.

For her performance, the "Wrecking Ball" singer, 21, wore a ladylike strapless gown by Giambattista Valli. The full-skirted frock featured a moody floral pattern with a slight sheen to it.

Then, to accept her awards for World's Best Video and World's Best Female Artist, Cyrus, who was nominated for 14 awards, continued her modest fashion choices and dazzled in a long-sleeved fitted silver Kaufman Franco gown.

The dresses are a dramatic change from Cyrus' Bangerz tour outfits, which include an array of skin-tight bodysuits, all the better to gyrate onstage in, and from recent red carpet appearances like the lingerie-inspired slip dress from the pre-Grammy gala in January.
