Model Agency: Ali Lohan "Has Not Had Any Surgery"

Ali Lohan managed to steal the spotlight from her older sister Lindsay this week -- without saying a word.
In a photo taken Tuesday, the 17-year-old model emerged in Beverly Hills looking drastically different: with fuller lips and a much more angular face.

"Contrary to recent reports, I can confirm that Aliana Lohan has not had any surgery," Alexis Borges, the agency director at Next Model Management, which represents Ali, told E! News.
"As a young girl who is growing up, it's natural for her facial features to change slightly, and we see this with many of the younger models we represent. Aliana is a beautiful 17-year-old girl who is growing into her face and body, as is the norm for someone of her age. We take pastoral care of our models very seriously and encourage the models to maintain a healthy lifestyle and body shape."

Lindsay Lohan also weighed in on the speculation, telling E! her sibling "has never" had surgery.
Still, not everyone is convinced.
Prominent NYC plastic surgeon Dr. Jon Turk, who has not consulted or worked with Lohan, told Us Weekly about what the teen might have had done.

"The most striking changes are the nose and chin," Turk said of the shocking pic. "It appears that she has had a rhinoplasty and chin implant, giving her a narrower and more defined nose as well as a stronger jawline."
Turk added: "There is also evidence of cheek augmentation, either with implants or fillers. The brow has been elevated either surgically or with Botox."

She looks like Kimberly Bergalis in the final stages of AIDS. I'm being completely serious here...she looks like an AIDS patient. I think aside from a lip injection, she hasn't had surgery. Her face is more angular because her weight is so low. She couldn't weigh more than 70 lbs. This is tragic. This girl is going to die :(
We already had Paulina Poriskova, She looked more like Ally McGraw before, so a fresher face. This modeling agency is NO FORD Agency!
I don't think she had SURGERY per se. She had fillers for sure, and they penciled in and let her eyebrows grow in a lot! Her nose is the same, and chin.. she clearly lost a lot of weight. But now she looks 27 not 17. They Paulina Poriskova'ed her!
I am sorry but she really does look "gross" now....if she didn't have plastic surgery than this magazine seriously photo-shopped her before they put this up!

She looks so much prettier in her BEFORE picture - in the AFTER picture, she's starting to look like Michael Jackson. She has definitely had surgery, no matter how hard they try to deny it. I hope she doesn't do anything else - personally, I think she's already ruined her looks.
Looks like EVERY BIT of Life & Happiness has been drained from her. Such a shame that for these young girls to be accepted as 'models' they must morph into anything other than who they really are. Definitely had work and she is only 14!! So sad. Shame on her crazy Mother for allowing this.

Rhinoplasty for sure. Her lips are fuller now, too, and that is NOT a result of aging. Her rosacea is gone, which would not have required surgery, but she has has some kind of skin resurfacing. Lastly, the eye area is now tightened/lifted; the bags below the eyes are gone, and the eyelids aren't resting on themselves. She has either had surgery, or her face is just botoxed stiff.
