"I'm pretty much all business," says Oscar winner Octavia Spencer, offering the contents of her Coach Pinnacle Leather Allie purse ($798, coach.com) as proof. "I carry my iPad to read scripts," says the star, who also packs highlighters and pencils to make notes in her journal.

Still, she admits to a guilty pleasure in The Hunger Games: "I just finished Catching Fire. I can't wait to read No. 3!"

When it comes to her beauty products, she can't get enough of a certain all-natural brand.

"Burt's Bees products are my addiction. I have all their cuticle creams and lip balms," the Help actress, 39, tells Us of her favorite brand. Among her must-haves: Burt's Bees Hand Salve ($9, burtsbees.com), Burt's Bees Naturally Ageless Skin Smoothing Hand Cream ($13, burtsbees.com) and Burt's Bees Lip Balm ($4, burtsbees.com), which she keeps inside a limited-edition Burt's Bees makeup bag she managed to nab. She also favors L'Occitane Desert Rose Shea Hand Cream ($10, usa.loccitane.com).

As for her nails, Spencer is a pretty-in-pink type of gall -- so long as she's not filming a movie.

"My summer polish is Essie's Ballet Slippers ($8, essie.com). I prefer pale pinks, but right now I'm doing a dark color for my role in [the 2013 thriller Snowpiercer]. I can't wait to be able to change it!"
