Suri Cruise won't let mom Katie Holmes don just any pumps!
During a shopping trip to Vancouver's Holt Renfrew Sunday, the four-year-old tot was not shy about letting Holmes, 32, know which shoes met her approval.

"She'd take whatever shoes her mom had picked out and walk around in the high heels," says an onlooker of the budding fashionista. "At one point, Katie liked a pair of shoes, but Suri hid them because she didn't like them on her mom. Katie went to look for them afterwards but couldn't find them." The source notes that the toddler, who was in town while dad Tom Cruise, 48, filmed Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol, also kept herself entertained by checking herself out in the mirror while the actress browsed.
"She was looking at her baby teeth in the mirror," says the witness of the tot, who modeled a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes (left). "She was smiling, then contemplating them, and even looked disgusted at one point! She was having a ball, just being a kid and walking around on her knees."

Of course, the afternoon outing wasn't the first time Suri has played stylist for her mom.
"She'll say, 'You've got to wear these shoes.' Or 'That's so pretty, Mom. Wear that,'" Holmes recently told Elle magazine. "She's got a great eye."

what the hell is she wearing???? This little girl is not going to know how to do anything but shop and spend money? Wow what life skills she will have.
I wonder how the store felt about having a 4 yr old clomping around in very expensive shoes? Can just any child do that? I bet only Suri is allowed to get her hands on expensive shoes without reprimand from store employees or her Mom . Remember, they never say "no" to Suri. Good thing she's not in school, they say "no" to kids in school.

What a precious litle girl. She is having a great time as she should. I do wonder about the summer clothing on a 35 degree day though? She obviously both likes and can handle the cold weather.
I wish I had the $$$ to try on a pair of Jimmy Choo's without worrying about the heel breaking or scuffing them. My question is though, if they are in Vancouver where there is currently a Snowfall warning and the temp has hovered around 2degrees celcius for the last 4-5 days, why on earth is this little girl wearing shorts??

Shes a typical little girl..my daughters do the same thing..they are little fashionistas!! And I think almost all children are bluntly honest...I know mine are!! LOL
I can't get my two youngest girls out of the shoe section in Target. Suri is all girl. It's to be expected!

What little girl doesn't do this? I'm sure some don't but this definitely isn't out of the ordinary for a little kid.
