I have been searching for a cute striped dress to wear under a leather jacket or a peacoat this Fall. I was inspired by Kristin Cavallari's perfect end of summer look -- the dress under a coat. Super cute. And I found it!

You can wear with a solid pump but also a knee boot, thigh high or get a little racy with a sexy low bootie with slight heel. This is a keeper. This type of dress never goes out of style! It's light enough for now and perfect when it gets chilly for later.

1Don't buy this online, I just went to Old Navy today, the 30th and they are having a huge clearance sale with extra 50% off. I got both the pink and the black striped version for the price of half of one at the original price. I went a little too nuts, but it is pretty decent for only $8.
