Understated elegance!
Riley Keough may be Hollywood royalty, but Elvis Presley‘s granddaughter chose a no-fuss look to marry stuntman Ben Smith-Petersen in Napa Valley, Calif., on Feb. 4. In an exclusive interview with HELLO! magazine, Keough, 25, opens up about her traditional wedding gown and details about the ceremony.
“It was the most beautiful, amazing, fun day and night,” Lisa Marie Presley’s daughter told the mag. “It was every single person I love in one place. I didn’t want it to end.” Us Weekly confirmed that the guest list included the Mad Max: Fury Road star’s A-list friends like Kristen Stewart, Cara Delevingne, and Zoe Kravitz. “I’d say it was the best day of my life. I don’t want to be cliché, but it was. I wouldn’t change anything,” Smith-Petersen added.
Keough wore her strawberry blonde locks in long waves with barely any makeup, which matched the carefree vibe of the ceremony. The actress selected a full-length Delphine Manivet long-sleeve gown with layers of lace, a long train, and a silk tulle veil.
“I wanted the dress to be simple and long sleeve and made of lace,” Keough explained. “Delphine made exactly what I wanted. I’m not very flashy, I wanted it to be very simple.”
The mother of the bride, 47, wore an elegant black long-sleeve dress with velvet panels, while Keough’s grandmother Priscilla, 69, sported a green knit top with a knee-length skirt and black pumps.
