Young Hollywood's hottest stars hit up the 2011 Teen Choice Awards in Studio City, Calif. on Sunday. And in addition to sporting fashion-forward looks like leather dresses (Blake Lively) and gravity-defying, heel-ess shoes (Lucy Hale), there was some seriously good hair on the red carpet, particularly sexy waves.

Kaley Cuoco and Selena Gomez rocked the popular style best. Here, their stylists tell Us Weekly how to copy the starlets' strands.

For Cuoco, 25, celeb hairstylist Jen Atkin took inspiration from Kate Moss' signature, boho style.

Atkin started by prepping the hair with TIGI Catwalk Your Highness Root Boost Mousse at her roots and a texturizing spray on her ends, then blow dried each section. She flipped the Big bang Theory actress's head upside-down and applied a dry shampoo all over to create extra volume. Next, she took a 1 1/4" curling iron (she used the T3 SinglePass Twirl) and curled her hair away from her face vertically. Once the hair was curled, she sprayed more dry shampoo (Atkin used Fekkai Dry Au Naturel Shampoo) on the ends and used a comb to tease the roots. Lastly, she finished it off with a firm-hold hairspray.

For Gomez, 19, who performed during the show, Wella Professionals Celebrity Stylist Andy Lecompte gave the "Who Says" singer polished waves that could easily be pinned to the side for her on-stage stint.

Lecompte started by adding Wella Professionals Velvet Amplifier to her wet hair to prime it for styling. Next, he dried the hair with a blow dryer and a ceramic brush, then spritzed it with a heat protectant spray. To create her loose waves, he wrapped small sections of her hair around both a large-barrel and a medium-barrel curling iron, alternating between the two. He finished off with a firm-hold hairspray and tucked the hair behind one ear.
