It would seem to be the case, since the Jersey Shore housemate showed off a new set of bangs via TwitPic the night before she hit Sunday's VMAs red carpet. Coincidentally, the pint-sized star ditched her "freakin poof" for eyebrow-grazing fringe this time last year for the network's big event.

"Got my bangs back biAtches," the 23-year-old tweeted Saturday.
Last year, stylist Antonio Rosa, owner of Senses New York Salon & Spa, told Us Weekly that the self-described "guidette" was excited for a hair change. "She hadn't done bangs since she was a child," Rosa said about Polizzi's 2010 tress improvement. "She was very, very nervous, but she loved them."

But wispy bangs aren't the only way the brunette cutie has been experimenting with her hair. She debuted violet and blonde extensions by Great Lengths during her Good Morning America appearance last month.
