While her sister Beyonce is welcoming her newborn daughter Blue Ivy into the world, Solange Knowles has her own bundle of joy to celebrate — a modeling contract with Next Model Management.
"Artistic expression is invaluable to me in all walks of my career and I am so excited to continue to develop this path along with such an amazing team at Next Model Management," the singer told Vogue UK. "I feel right at home working with people who have worked beside such creative forces in the world."

No stranger to the fashion world, Solange has launched a juniors line, Dereon, a sister line to House of Dereon, a women's clothing collection launched by Beyonce and their mom Tina Knowles.
The 25-year-old, who has three solo albums, also has experience in the beauty market. In spring 2011, she was tapped as Carol's Daughter celeb spokesperson and that fall, she appeared in campaigns for makeup brand Rimmel London.
