Eighties supermodel Paulina Porizkova was once a featured judge on America's Next Top Model -- and she's definitely got strong opinions on the surgical enhancements of Kate Hudson, Heidi Montag -- and Madonna, too.

In her blog for the site Modelinia, Porizkova, 45, says she was "heartbroken" by last week's before-and-after images (first shown by UsMagazine.com) of Kate Hudson's chest.

"The before: an amazingly fit, gorgeous, and yes, small-breasted young woman in a to-die-for red bikini; in the other, a blond starlet sipping a latte," she writes. "The cup size was undeniably different."

"If big boobs make her happier, then more power to her," she continues. But the 31-year-old actress' apparent need to enlarge herself "is so much a sign of our times, and one that truly saddens me," the mother of two says. "I used to use [Hudson] as an example of the perfect beauty with a small chest. Now, with her new boobs, she just looks like any California blond actress. Instead of enhancing, she has diminished herself."

PHOTOS: Plastic surgery nightmares!

Praising the "elegant, feline sexiness" of classic movies stars Audrey Hepburn and Jean Harlow plus models Jane Birkin and Twiggy, Porizkova slams 23-year-old Hills star Montag, who has famously undergone over ten plastic surgery procedures.

"Compare any one of these natural beauties to someone like Heidi Montag, and it's like comparing a Hastens Swedish handmade mattress to a cheap plastic pool float," she snipes.

Porizkova also targets 51-year-old Madonna. "Madonna no longer looks like Madonna: what started as a sexy, well shaped, and somewhat hairy Italian girl has ended as a cool Nordic blonde," Porizkova complains. "It's not that she doesn't look great, she does. But she is starting to sort of melt away into the stew of the famous women over-fifty-high-cheek-boned blondes-who-cannot-frown."

Self-mutilation due to slicing is not a new trend. The media calls slicing a disturbing new trend, but Marilyn Manson's autobiography described the play with knives years ago and the autobiography became a best-seller. Young people cut into their own flesh and their parents have no idea. Teachers don't get involved. Where are the parents? Should school administrators get involved? The videos may be new. The idea of self-mutilation in Salt Lake City, Utah, was a film project I was working on. There in Utah, slicing meant big money for boutiques. Many towns endorse the business. Children pay professionals to slice, dice, and pierce. Thomas Chi Author PresidentSarah.Net

Ralding Malwai, You are an idiot! Madonna's mother WAS Italian. Obviously you do not know much about Madonna and if you look at pictures of her before she became as toned as she curently is, she had a lot of curves! Please do not comment on things you clearly know nothing about!

...also Paulina, you can't REALLY tell she got implants al all!!. Those are small and work for her, she's had two kids. MYOB!

  • May 02, 2010 - 3:33am Raiding Malwai

??? Madonna was NEVER "well shaped!" She has no hip to waist ratio and terrible measurement. Madonna is only HALF Italian too, she is NOT a Italian woman because she never had an Italian mother.

Paulina is delusional if she thinks the classic film stars were all "natural" beauties. There are multiple photos of these gorgeous movie stars online, and you can plainly see that many of them had work done - Joan Crawford, Marilyn Monroe, etc.

WOW! SOMEONE WITH BALLS WITH IS AGAINST PLASTIC SURGERY! I LOVE IT!

  • April 24, 2010 - 5:17pm adele

Paulina - why are you coming out of the woodwork judging people's choices of plastic surgery or whatever. You just want publicity. You had your time, you got fired from ANTM- leave Kate alone - again - she is an Oscar Nominated Actress (2x I think) you are a has been model who wants to make nasty comments - you think that will give you a new career? I think not. Leave kate alone! Jeeze can't people make choices for themselves that are thier business- for crying out loud - IF she even had surgery & didn't just gain a few pounds - she's a marvelous actress. And you are.... oh yeah Married to Rick Okazek (spelling?)...

  • April 24, 2010 - 3:26pm Rachel

I believe plastic surgery is a personal choice....but you shouldn't do it to "fit the mold" of what people think you should look like.. you should do it to please yourself.

  • April 24, 2010 - 1:20pm jennifer

i have no problem with Kate, but I used to love Heidi when she first started on the Hill's now she's just a side show freak!!!!!!! And she does not even act like the same sweet girl. She acts like a fake, snobby little #$%^&> JUST LIKE SPENCER

  • April 24, 2010 - 11:43am Julie

Paulina Porizkova, don't be an idiot! You say that because you have boobs, dumb ass. Poor Kate, looked like a boy! She has the right to enlarge her boobs, because she had NONE. No woman wants to look like a ten year old girl. Of course she should feel self conscious about that. You can't tell the difference, she still has small breasts, but she has the right to enlarge them and feel happy. About Montag, yes, you are right. That woman looks like a monster so unnatural. that's not a woman with large breasts, that's a cartoon. That woman looks like an idiot porn star, proud of a non existant carreer, proud of spreading her legs and see how many she can bed a day. So, Paulina, mind your own business and your carreer if you ever had an important one.

  • April 24, 2010 - 11:18am Kim

Hurrah hurrah hurrah for Paulina!!!!!! Exactly how I feel. A woman should always be proud of the body she was blessed with, whether that is a classic "ballerina" body, a "Marilyn Monroe" type, big butt/little butt, large size body WHATEVER! We are all beautiful and we must find the self-love to believe it. Reconstructive surgery for trauma/disease and the type, I say "thank God" we have the option. Self mutilation from twisted self image? What are we doing to ourselves? Love yourself!

  • April 24, 2010 - 1:29am Jani D

The real thang, smaller and natural, you watch will be the worlds best new gig, and then theyll all be lining up to take them out. Girls, we'll all be soooo glad they're the last to find out. Who really wants to be a DD? Nothing fits!

  • April 23, 2010 - 11:59pm bb

Well, she is so right. I just gotta wonder why no one ever mentions Kate's obvious nose job.

  • April 23, 2010 - 11:17pm anim_lvr

I don't quite get Paulina's comment about Kate Hudson. You can barely tell the difference in the before and after and thank God she is intelligent enough not to choose anything bigger. I am also sure that clothes fit better since her enhancement. No matter what Hudson will also be one of the most beautiful women in the world, inside and out.

  • April 23, 2010 - 9:46pm gail

there are very few actresses that are real anymore, heidi now lloks like a freak (she is not really a star anyway)

  • April 23, 2010 - 9:24pm yayaya

I have always loved Paulina, but I am bit surprise she felt the need to make such statement about Kate and Madonna. She may not agree with it, but perhaps others do not agree with her chainsmoking. It "truly saddens me" to see someone "diminish" their health. How's that?

  • April 23, 2010 - 7:46pm Court

She's right. I believe every woman should be able to do what she wants with her body but it is a shame that everyone wants to look the same and naturally gorgeous woman can't remain natural.

  • April 23, 2010 - 7:37pm Nic

Her critique is dead on!!! I think Kate's breast enhancement is minimal and tasteful, but she didn't NEED enhancement surgery!

  • April 23, 2010 - 7:23pm Sherry

Paulina is completely right and Im glad she's not afraid to say it!
