Packing for an overseas trip is daunting for anyone, so imagine how stressed out Duchess Catherine is right now about her upcoming tour of North America, which includes walking the red carpet with celebrities in Los Angeles.
Grazia Daily is reporting that Kate, 29, is enlisting the help of personal shoppers at UK retailers Selfridges and Harvey Nichols. Since both stores carry high-end designer labels, her travel duds could be quite a contrast to her favorite affordable ensembles by Reiss and Zara.
The magazine's website is also reported that Kate was spotted leaving Alexander McQueen's head office in London last week, fueling rumors that she is working with the brand's designer Sarah Burton on some custom looks.
In their first official tour as a married couple, the pair will make stops in Ottawa, Ontario, Gatineau, Montreal, Quebec City, Charlottetown (Prince Edward Island), Summerside (Prince Edward Island), Yellowknife (Northwest Territories) and Calgary June 30 through July 8.
The evening of July 8, they touch down in Los Angeles for a two-day stay, which will include a polo match, a visit with war veterans, a star-studded BAFTA event and more.
