no it doesn't! If anything it shows she DID NOT have a nose job. Her nose looks EXACTLY the same today. It looks refined and less bulbous that when she was a little girl. I saw a picture of her where her nose looked different, but that may have been the angle or weight gain. Now that I see her nose looks this way at 16, I can see she didn't have one.
This picture is most definitely before her nose job and doesn't seem to have an upper bigger lip.. She a very pretty woman now, But nothing to get gaga about.
