The top should be all the same golden glitter, leave out the plain strip. A golden shoes would have finished it nicely.

Nicole usually has a super-wonderful taste. I would give some respect to that and wait and see - may be she knows better than people who criticized her? She looks like a doll, here, anyway.

Hair actually looks very neat - every curl is separated and cute. May be you need to put some glasses on? The part of hair is hidden below the man's face behind, and Lana may be thought it was not puffy enough on that side, but it is puffy. How puffy do you really want it to be - like a poodle?

Shoes do match, although the heals look too short and legs look a little short because of a long skirt, but I bet it is because the way the picture is taken. She is so tall that in real life it all might look very proportional.
