Belle of the ball! The First Lady chose a teal Marchesa off-the-shoulder gown for the White House State Dinner in March 2012, which she accessorized with a necklace made from strands of teal, blue, silver and white pearls layered over a giant rhinestone piece. "I love the addition of texture with the Tom Binns necklace," Roksanda Ilincic, who dressed Obama for the evening, said at the time of Obama, who added rhinestone earrings to complete her look.
