PEOPLE - her 'boobs' (for those glaring at them) are fine it is the color/material of the shirt & the angle of the picture!! SHE WAS AWESOME as a red-head - but it was her being a "DEAD HEAD" druggie that made that distinguished look on her face (she 'still' has it)! ALONG with the "dumb blonde" look now!!

Casey I think, and I definitely hope, it's just her shirt. If you look a little higher you can kinda see her boobs in a normal position and there is some glare lower on her shirt.
Im confused by this picture.. are those her boobs hanging down so low, or is her shirt doing something weird? Either way, she looks horrible!
