Carrie Underwood: I Had Doubts About Mike Fisher

Carrie Underwood recently gushed "I Love You" to hockey player Mike Fisher on the liner notes to her new album, Play On. But when she first heard about the Ottawa Senator hockey player, 29, through one of her band members, she had her doubts.
"He was like, 'I have this guy for you,'" Underwood, 26, says on The Ellen DeGeneres Show Wednesday (check your local listings). "I was like, 'Oh, that's great! What does he do?'"

Told he played hockey, she says she then asked, "Does he have his own teeth?"
"'No,'" she says her band member replied. "'But he's got his really good dentist!'"

When she was told he also lived in Canada, Underwood says it was another thumbs down.
"I love Canada," she says, "but that is a long distance relationship."

Today - after nearly a year together - she says, "We see each other more than people think we see each other. We don't go out like publicly. We just do our thing."

Underwood - who previously dated Tony Romo and Chace Crawford - says Fisher is "the longest relationship I've had. I joke and say my dogs are the longest relationship ever."
But, as she recently stated on her fan site, they have no plans to live together.
"Call me old fashion," she says. "The next guy I move in with will be my hubby. Who ever that is. I'm not saying it's going to be him."

DeGeneres then tells Underwood that she predicts they will wed and start a family.
"Apparently," Underwood says. "I don't know."

They are great! however i think living together before marriage isnt all that bad you really find out a person when you live with them but waiting is very old school and you dont hear of ppl waiting any more. I think it really depends on the 2 ppl. Id love to see them get married tho :) -

Um, taylor swift is not role model. Carrie is. Not taylor, first of all, taylor's thing with kanye was a staged thing. It was an initiation into the illuminati and I was told that by a very good source that works for MTV . Beyonce, kanye, and Jay Z, all freemasons/illuminati/devil worshippers. So taylor wanted to move up in the music world which to do that nowadays (unless you are with the american idol label) you have to join that group, and so taylor did. And that was all apart of it.
