  Hey California Granny, If you are going to comment on Levi (NOTICE I SPELLED IT LEVI, NOT LEVY) apparently your idea of "honest" money is writing books disparaging his child's grandmother and even worse criticizes the mother of his baby. The only "honest" money he has made has been at the expense of others and now to pose nude in Playgirl!!! What a delicious role model he will be for his young baby? Wouldn't you be proud of a father who capitalizes on a opportunity which he didn't or haven't had absolutely nothing to contribute!!! HORRAY for LEVI for being a narcissitic jerk that thinks of no one but himself. That being said, I am not exactly a great fan of Sarah Palin, but I certainly wouldn't use that to my advantage. I have too many ethics.

  some of you people are blaming Levy for his family members troubles. Give him a break. Surely you can't think he is reasponsible for their conduct. Point is Levy had a baby with Palin girl, she won't allow him to see baby properly, he wants time with HIS BABY , the only alternative is to get court order to make things right to Levy. Everything else is sheer nonsense about his family, his this and that and other thing. Non of those has anything to do with Levy's desire to see his son. So what if he wants to pose in Playgirl? WhAT THE HE** DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH THE TIME OF DAY. He is free to do what he wants with his time.   If he truly cared about the baby and not publicity, he would not put the baby, his mother and her family through this media nightmare that does nothing but put the spotlight on him. He needs to grow up and put his priorities straight, not let media play him like a violin, and learn some respect and maturity before he takes on fatherhood and all that goes with it.

  Regardless of what you think about Levi, the simple fact is that he is this child's father, and he should be able to see him and build a father-son relationship with him. Should he have full custody? No, I don't think so. But I do think that he should see the child as often as possible and be allowed to spend time with his own child. People are surprised that he is "immature" at 18 years old? NEWS FLASH PEOPLE: Almost all 18 year old kids are immature, irresponsible and "free spirited". So what that he posed for Playgirl? What about ALL the women who are mothers that posed for Playboy and Penthouse? Why is there such a double standard here? Obviously, he is doing it for money, and I am sure that if anybody was offered a ton of money to pose in one of those magazines they would do it and not give it a second thought!! It's funny how people can judge others without putting themselves in their shoes. If the Palins aren't allowing him to see his own son, then they are wrong and SHOULD be taken to court. If he is telling lies, then shame on him. He is just doing this for publicity and that is terrible.

  Levi Johnston you are an embarrassment to the Palins, the baby, and even yourself. But then what can expect when you allegedly come from a drug dealing den of a home AKA your mom. You may like to play all "we are decent folks," but that environment is not a good place for a kid to visit. Your mother is arrested or imprisoned but the fact remains you just recently came from that environment. You need more than social blackmail to earn respect in public eyes and in your son's eyes. You need to do the work, train to be a good parent, mature. This mean not acting like a child seeking any attention even if it's negative. I wish you would just quietly go to school, work, and be a real man and father. Oh and playgirl is not a real job. Furthermore we don't want to see you there. It ruins the fantasy aspect to have some jerk who is only famous for knocking up another teenager and not being responsible to hold a job - posing. I just don't want to see you. You like to play victim made to be like a Stepford son-in-law to be. However, the truth of the matter is you probably loved every minute of it. The spotlight on stage, the recognition nationwide and possibly notice internationally. When things fell apart as things sometimes do, it seems you have spent every moment trying to get back there. Focus on getting a real job, focus on being mature, focus on not being such a jerk. Sarah Palin is not my favorite person, but you make me feel sorry for her and her family. It's amazing how many people are standing up for this schmuck yet are probably the same ones who denigrate Jon Gosselin for partying after separating from harpie Kate. Jon is not always perfect, but then who is? At least he has the decency to keep his clothes on and not have the kids around drug dealing grandmas.

If she could she would have another of those wants to be in the headlines as having the most of them as long as she can push off caring for them.   Levi Johnston deserves a chance to actively participate in raising his son. Yes, he is currently acting like a moron, but i bet he wouldn't be behaving like such an idiot if he hadn't been thrust into the spotlight as the first-son-in-law apparent at the age of 18. Hell, I was a moron when I was 19 too. If he acts in a manner that endangers his son, then he should lose custody , but I don't see why he shouldn't have a chance. I bet Bristol has learned a lot in the last several months --why shouldn't Levi have the same opportunity?

  Being a child of divorced parents, I am appalled at Levi's antics. Maybe when he grows up he can share more custody of Tripp, but now he's hasn't demonstrated the maturity and good judgement required of someone who cares for every need of a small child.
