John Mayer Helps Reunite Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson

Forget Match.com! There's a new matchmaker in Hollywood: John Mayer.
The 32-year-old singer helped reunite exes Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson Monday at New York City nightclub Butter.
When Mayer stopped by the hot spot, he shuttled back and forth between the scorned lovers -- who split in April after two years together -- and eventually got the pair talking before the night's end.

Initially camped out at Mayer's table, Lohan, 23, was joined by Ronson, 32, after Mayer spoke with the deejay. The women were seen laughing and talking for the night, which ended around 3 a.m. with Lohan and Ronson leaving the club separately.
"Lindsay seemed happier than she has in ages," a witness at Butter tells the New York Daily News. "Sam eventually got up and deejayed for a while, and Lindsay kept standing up and looking over to the deejay booth, smiling."

This is not the first time Mayer -- who romanced Jennifer Aniston, Cameron Diaz and Jessica Simpson -- has doled out love advice.
At a Saturday Night Live afterparty last month, the "Battle Studies" singer lectured a bevy of beauties about finding The One.

I always thought Sam & Lindsay were one of the most disgusting couple on the face of the earth. I can't stand seeing the two of them together anymore and I hope they stay away from each other because they shouldn't even be friends. They did everything together including drugs and that's why lindsay lost her career, looks, respect, family, friends etc. Sam & Lindsay need to get off the drugs before they can even re-establish a friendship. They just enable each other which is not healthy! Wake up Lindsay and take a hint or two, do yourself a favour and purchase a mirror! Then clean yourself up! You look a like a total mess! WE MISS THE OLD LINDSAY AND WANT HER BACK ASAP!! -
