Tell Us What You Think
4Martha is Martha. Get over it. She is a style icon and has taught many of us the appropriateness of presentation for our homes and gardens. Her ideas seem limitless and she has impacted an entire generation of homekeepers and home entertainers with style and grace. Not all women are as nurturing as their children might wish; however, Alexa seems to be intelligent, outspoken, and beautiful. She now has a family of her own so she can rear her own children differently from the way she was reared.........but I will bet that she will carry over some of the ideals garnered from her own mother.......Martha Stewart is brilliant, extremely productive, and has accomplished more in her lifetime than most people could ever imagine. I applaud Martha Stewart and admire Martha Stewart. Who else could spring back from being singled out and imprisoned and still be as successful, if not more so, than before? I don't think that Martha's top priority was always money, but rather results and an unrelenting expectation of perfection for herself.
I can't stand martha stewart she's a crude ,rude A..HOLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Elizabeth, read Martha Stewarts Autobiography. She is ruthless and her number one priority is not her daughter or even her husband. It is money! Money can buy a lot of happiness and pay the bills but her Mom basically walked over them and everyone else to achieve her goals. I feel sorry for her daughter. She is missing a mothers love.
The daughter grew up in a home that most only dream about. So what if her mom fell short in areas. Don't we all... I'm divorced, mom of 3, with a mental illness to deal with on top of trying to keep a rood over our heads and food on the table, and all she can do is gripe about what her mom didn't do. Give me a @#$%^&* break. Another whiny rich brat on what she didn't get. Try living with no money and always having to find ways to bring some in, then you can gripe.
