Martha Stewart

Martha Stewart is best known for hosting Martha Stewart Living (based on her magazine of the same name) from 1993 to 2004 and The Martha Stewart Show, which ran from 2005 to 2012. Stewart has also published a number of cookbooks including Entertaining (1982), Martha Stewart’s Pies & Tarts (1985), The Wedding Planner (1988), Martha Stewart’s Quick Cook Menus (1988) and Martha Stewart’s Christmas (1989).

The television personality is also the CEO and president of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, a company consolidating any television, print and merchandise related to the Martha Stewart brand founded in 1997. She also launched a podcast in 2022 titled “The Martha Stewart Podcast” which has featured Snoop Dogg, Andy Cohen, Brendan Fraser, Chelsea Handler and more celebrity guests.

Stewart was found guilty in 2004 of felony charges of conspiracy to obstruct and of making false statements to federal investigators. She was sentenced to serve a five-month term in a federal correctional facility and a two-year period of supervised release.

Martha Stewart was previously married to Andrew Stewart from 1961 to 1990 and share daughter Alexis.
