Married at 22 and a dad at 23, Jon Gosselin is best known for his family’s TLC reality series Jon & Kate Plus 8.
Married to wife Kate since 1999, the couple welcomed twins Madelyn and Cara in 2000. Sextuplets Aaden, Hannah, Leah, Alexis, Collin and Joel were born via in vitro fertilization in 2004. As Jon & Kate Plus 8‘s fifth season kicked off in spring 2009 — drawing a record 9.8 million viewers — the TLC network announced plans for a 40-episode season. The Gosselins earned a reported $75,000 per episode.
