Jon Gosselin and Hailey Glassman are proving that exes can still be pals.
“Such a great night with my husband @jongosselin1 supporting our girly @haileyglassman1 at her first @bravotv Real Housewives of New York premiere! 🍎✨🥂,” Jon’s wife, Stephanie Gosselin, wrote via Instagram on Wednesday, September 9, alongside a photo with Glassman, 39, and other snaps from the NYC celebration.
Stephanie, 38, continued, “So damn excited for her and everything coming her way. Hail deserves the world. ❤️.”
Stephanie concluded by telling fans, “Yes, exes can be friends!! We absolutely love this girl, and will always support her!! 🥂🤘🏼.”
In her carousel, Stephanie included a quote that read, “You should keep the friends who can celebrate your happiness without making you feel guilty about it. The ones who get genuinely excited when something good happens to you. The ones who want to hear every detail. The ones who never make your good news feel like a competition. It is a beautiful thing to have someone who can look at your happiness and think, ‘I am so happy this happened for you.’”
Stephanie’s post comes two days after Glassman made her Bravo debut in The Real Housewives of New York City season 16. Glassman is a public relations executive and entrepreneur who splits her time between NYC and Martha’s Vineyard.
Long before she became a Bravolebrity, Glassman made headlines in 2009 for her brief relationship with Jon, 49, which came shortly after his split from ex-wife Kate Gosselin. (Jon and Kate, 51, rose to fame in the early 2000s with their TLC reality show, Jon & Kate Plus 8, which documented their lives raising twins and sextuplets. The former flames announced they were calling it quits in June 2009 and finalized their divorce that December.)
“As hard as it is for us, he needs to go handle his stuff, be with his family and handle his divorce, and I need to go and be a 22-year-old and get my life back,” Glassman told NBC Washington after their breakup in October 2009.
Now, more than 15 years after her split from Jon, Glassman is clearing up rumors that she played a role in his and Kate’s divorce.
“There was a show called Jon & Kate Plus 8. And what the tabloids put out there is I’m the girl who ruined that marriage,” Glassman said during the season 16 premiere on Tuesday, September 8. “‘Mistress Hailey.’ ‘Homewrecking Hailey.’ ‘The mistress that ruined a family of eight.’ It wasn’t true.”
She told costar Erin Lichy, “The reason I dated Jon is because he was my mom’s friend, and she was like, ‘Oh, he’s a great guy!’”
After romances with exes Liz Jannetta and Colleen Conrad, Jon moved on with Stephanie in 2021. The pair tied the knot in Pennsylvania in November 2025.
Glassman, meanwhile, is married to a man whose identity has not been publicly revealed.
Kate has been dating former bodyguard Steve Neild since 2024.
