Amanda Stanton Jabs Ex Nick Viall About His Various Failed ‘Bachelor’ Romances: ‘4 Is My Lucky Number!’

Fourth time’s a charm? Nick Viall lost out on Amanda Stanton‘s affections this season on Bachelor in Paradise, and now the single mom is offering some encouragement to the newly crowned season 21 Bachelor — along with a bit of a jab.

Stanton, who found love with Josh Murray on Paradise after initially hitting it off with Viall, posted a tweet Tuesday, August 30, that made reference to the new Bachelor’s numerous previous appearances on shows in the Bachelor franchise.

“4 is my lucky number!” Stanton, 26, tweeted cheekily. “Hope it’s yours too, @viallnicholas28! Congrats!”

The new season of The Bachelor will indeed be Viall’s fourth ABC-sanctioned shot at dating-show love. He is a two-time runner-up on The Bachelorette, coming in second to Murray for Andi Dorfman‘s final rose in season 10, and losing to season 11’s Shawn Booth for Kaitlyn Bristowe‘s love.

Viall is currently dating Jen Saviano on Paradise, although clearly things didn’t work out between the pair.

The 35-year-old Milwaukee native had initially gone on a date with Stanton before she connected with Murray, reviving the lingering friction between the two guys. (Murray exclusively revealed to Us Weekly earlier this month that he and the mom of two are currently an item and living together.)

In a blog post from earlier this month, Stanton explained that she didn’t think Viall liked her on Paradise because he would talk to her about other girls and only kissed her when the cameras were on them.

Bachelor in Paradise airs on ABC Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET. The Bachelor returns to ABC in early 2017.
