Let's hope Brian Williams didn't tune in! Host Andy Samberg was merciless at the 67th Primetime Emmy Awards on Sunday, Sept. 20. After a barb-filled opening monologue, the SNL alum, 37, took a moment to mock Lena Dunham's hit HBO series while posing next to a giant Emmy statue.
"Here's my impression of the last season of Girls," Samberg said before making a motorboating sound on the butt of the statue.
The Lonely Island veteran was directly referencing a scene from the show's fourth season between Allison Williams' character, Marnie, and her love interest Desi (Ebon Moss-Bachrach), who performs a very specific form of oral sex on Marnie.
Though the Peter Pan Live! star, 27, tied the knot this weekend to her husband, Ricky Van Veen, in a ranch wedding, she still took notice of the jab.
Posting the clip in an Instagram video, Williams wrote, "Walked in the door, turned on the Emmys, and saw this. #GIRLS."
